Using audience- appropriate learning theories, learn@ctiv specializes in the creation of state-of the art web-based training products (WBT) using a range of digital and audio-visual tools that ensure effective transfer of learning. The learn@ctiv Director and founder has researched into developments across 5 different generations of distance education, starting from the first generation of postal correspondence course right into the 5th revolution of eLearning. Its research, involvement and passion have kept it abreast of all these generations of distance education. The service it provides is embedded in theories that constantly measure how to decrease the "distance" in distance and online learning and making your course more accessible. Additionally, the principles of active learning provide a framework that guides content development our audiences. Our student-centred approach includes opportunities for collaborative work, reflection and problem solving.

Choose from a wide range of fun-filled and interactive elearning training offered by learn@ctiv studyo and learn at your own pace. With interactive lessons and experienced instructors, you can gain new skills and knowledge from the comfort of your home.
If you enjoy meeting friends and colleagues, we can create blended courses. This is a combination of face-to-face sessions and
eLearning training. After purchasing your course with the tutoring option, you will be assigned with a tutor.
For those on the go, mobile learning makes it possible for learning to be regardless of time and space constraints through the use of mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones.
Upon request, learn@ctiv provides eLearning as both synchronous and asynchronous options. Your learners can therefore study in real time or delayed time options, at their own convenience.
Based on your requirements, webinars can be integrated into online courses. These are virtual live seminars or lectures. Mostly, one or several facilitators address a group of participants. Webinars can only occur synchronously – that is to say at the same time – present online in the webinar room.
